It is a common misunderstanding, but your “upgrade” was not an upgrade in the traditional sense. Starting with Office MS no longer sells discounted “upgrade” licenses. All and licenses are full, standalone, independent of previous versions.

That explicitly includes the “Office Pre-Launch Offer”. The license you received was a full license. The key point is you have to find the 25 character Product Key you used. After you have that it is easy to get the installation file.
