I had some issues logging on to the Microsoft website for a number of hours while trying to download the product because of maintenance proceedings that were taking place. I was kind of frustrated by that because I had things to do and places to be and the key code was only good for three days.

I was happy when I finally got to access the site and was able to download the product. The download process went pretty smoothly after that and the product is working flawlessly. This is my second purchase of this product. The first one is installed on my Windows 10 laptop and this one is installed on a new Windows 10 desktop system build. I think I liked Office as it was easier to use and less complicated as there are applicatoins with which I will never use and some of the applications like outlook seem to be more gimmicky. Once I did, sorted very quickly. Great price too. Great price and very easy to install. After some initial searching through parts of eBay I am not familiar with, I found the product key and very easily unlocked the Microsoft Office package and was up and running instantly. I am hoping that this upgrade will solve all the problems compatibility issues I have had with my old Office and Windows 10, that I was obliged to update to.
