Mistakes and problems occur. When computers are involved, a problem is called an “issue” to mask the seriousness of the problem. The problem with problems is that, unlike issues, sometimes there is no solution, short of redesigning or replacing the product.

If it’s like the E-M1, I think you have to set focus peaking to a function button. Dig in the menus and reassign one of the buttons to do just that. The camera doesn’t know when your manual focusing with legacy glass, you have to tell it through the function button.
