Hello Everyone, I just purchased a new laptop for a user. I installed Microsoft office with our volume license key, but I am having a hard time activating the license. After I put in the license key, it still says I need to activate. I did some research and ran the Microsoft office clean up tool.

I then reinstalled office standard and the license activated. Then the next day, I get the message to activate the license. I have called both the pc manufacturer and Microsoft and no one is able to help me. Does anyone know why my office standard will not stay activated?
